The Center For Specialized Services Appoints New Executive Director

St. Louis, MO – The Center For Specialized Services’ Board of Directors has named Ronald Glenn as the new Executive Director.   “We are excited to have Ron leading the Center,” commented Mark R. Stallmann, President of the Board of Directors.  “We look forward to his enthusiastic and dynamic leadership of our organization”, concluded Stallmann.

Glenn’s background of over 15 years’ experience working with and supporting people with disabilities to live, work and participate in the communities along with his most recent Master of Laws will help advance the mission of the organization.  Ron’s leadership, energy and creativity along with a deep sense of commitment to our clients and programs will bring The Center For Specialized Services to a whole new level to support those in need in the community.  Ron says “the Center has gone through a measure of changes. Although many were tough, all were necessary to improve our service delivery. As a servant to our mission, I find that my role is to bring stability and constancy. It is to work with staff and stakeholders alike for growth and bring forth successful outcomes. The people we serve deserve it.”

A lifelong resident of St. Louis, Ron has a Master of Laws with a concentration in Business Law from Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Ron joined the Center in early 2017, originally as a Quality Assurance Manager for the Community Supports program.  Shortly after, Ron became the Director of the Community Support Program. After five years, he became the Chief Program Officer where he oversaw the operations of the Social Services Department.
