Our hourly personal assistant program serves individuals with disabilities and ASD in Missouri. Clients receive services in their home and in the community on a weekly basis for up to two years. Our licensed social workers conduct an Independent Living Skills assessment to determine a personalized action plan that includes the appropriate services needed. With the help of built-in natural supports, such as family members or friends, clients are in the best position possible to meet their independence goals.
Transitional In-Home Program
Our Transitional In-Home program is an effective plan of treatment for individuals 22 years or older with a traumatic brain injury. RISE support professionals work with clients and their families to help them acquire and retain functional living skills. The program’s aim is for both clients and families to gain the necessary skills to allow for a more independent living environment.
Independent life skills we teach, include:

Targeted Support Services
Our St. Louis facility offers full-service programming for adults living with autism, brain injuries, cognitive deficiencies, and developmental disabilities.
