Career Coaching with Employment Specialists
Our pre-employment services are intentionally designed to provide successful job coaching between employment specialists and adults with disabilities. Every individual receives the time and guidance they desire to be prepared when searching and applying for well-suited and interesting jobs. Our team uses effective methods to assist individuals with a wide range of disabilities to address employment ambitions, build independence in the workplace, and increase one’s employability.

Before applying for their desired job, a RISE Job Developer spends time building relationships with their clients, discovering their interests, and setting goals to reach their desired job outcome. Our weekly Job Club is quite valuable when providing competitive employment services for adults with disabilities. Clients can seek support from others with similar goals as they look forward to finding the right position for their unique circumstances.

School And Summer Programs
RISE is pleased to offer assisted employment services to students ages 17 to 21. The goal of our School-to-Work transition programs and Summer Job services is to prepare students for employment after high school and assist as they explore various careers.
