Day Services
In our Opportunity Center, we host daily Adult Self Programs and Midwest Adult Autism Project (MAAP) services. Adults with significant behaviors and/or autism diagnoses work with our amazing staff to receive crucial behavior support that is important when finding a job, building relationships, and being involved in their community. During the Adult Self Program, we teach clients essential life skills and behavior-management strategies that can help strengthen their self-worth, self-empowerment, self-advocacy, and self-awareness, and place them in the best possible position for a life of independence and purpose.
Employment Services
Individuals with disabilities or ASD are worthy of supporting themselves and adding value to their community. Our supported employment specialists work alongside your loved ones through the entire job process. Each client seeking employment services has different goals and requires one-of-a-kind pre-employment assistance. As they discover their job interests, search for competitive employment, and receive on-site coaching, we enjoy seeing rewarding smiles and newly gained self-confidence as they earn a living for themselves.
Support Services
The support services at RISE Missouri are intended to guide and coach clients who can benefit from additional emotional or behavioral stability. Adults who have obtained employment or are well-practiced in daily behavioral strategies often require additional support based on their individual challenges and unique needs. Our custom-tailored support services provide occasional and consistent support to assist them in leading a more self-sufficient life. We offer family or individual counseling, therapy, adaptive equipment, and hourly support. With this holistic approach, we fill any treatment gaps to create opportunities for independence and success.
