Our Adult Self Program is specifically designed to bring clients together as they practice valuable life skills, believe in their self-worth, and learn how to be self-empowered, self-aware, self-confident, and self-sufficient. In our Opportunity Center, behavior technicians and support staff guide clients as they engage in brain enrichment exercises, behavior treatment plans, or physical education classes. We make it our priority to provide personalized support while leading them towards independence and self-fulfillment.
Intense Support for Adults With ASD
In addition to our day services for adults with disabilities, we work with individuals diagnosed with autism and adults living with traumatic brain injuries. The Midwest Adult Autism Project (MAAP) is a behavioral health program based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our behavioral therapists work with each client, and together, they develop a treatment plan that enables clients to accomplish their goals.
Advantages of MAAP, include:
- Low-sensory and highly structured setting
