Contact UsRISE Job Developers
The #1 priority of a RISE Job Developer is to work with our clients in the job search and placement process. Also known as Employment Recruiters, they meet weekly with clients to review pre-employment assessments and personal career goals. This helps in building a rapport with each individual and guiding them towards a desired position. In addition, we have built several relationships with local partners, which helps to prepare our clients for working in various settings and environments.
Career Development Services
The Career Discovery and Exploration Program (D&E) evaluates an individual’s current ability and readiness to return to or begin work within the community. Our employment specialists work one-on-one with clients, evaluating work readiness, vocational interests, and coping and social skills, that helps to guide them towards positions that facilitate their interests. Community-based assessments involve standardized testing, career exploration, and a series of community-based job trials at area businesses. The job sites are selected by matching the person’s interests to local area employment.
