Our Employment Specialists partner closely with individuals, helping them build practical skills, explore different job options, and get comfortable with the application process. By practicing real-world scenarios such as interviewing and learning workplace routines, participants gain the confidence and readiness needed to launch their careers on a strong foundation.
Finding a job is about discovering a good fit and feeling supported along the way. Our Job Developers take time to understand each individual’s strengths and dreams, guiding them through realistic goal-setting and personal exploration. The Job Club, held weekly, creates a welcoming space where people with shared experiences can uplift each other, swap tips, and offer encouragement. By working with nearby businesses, we open doors to career opportunities where adults with IDD can thrive and grow.
